The City of Edgewater is positioned to assist new and existing businesses with several incentives.
If you are thinking of putting your business in Edgewater’s ParkTowne Industrial Center, or expanding your already existing business; please contact the City Manager or the Director of Development Services.
Florida in general, has a stable economy and a favorable tax climate with no state income tax. Volusia County Department of Economic Development, assists the City in gathering resources as needed for incoming qualified businesses; incentives or financial resources may be available for qualified projects.
Florida is a worldwide hub for new and expanding businesses and the progressive legislation in our state ensures that we remain there.
There are many state and local incentives for which a particular business may qualify.
Some of those include: Targeted industry incentives, working/training incentives, road infrastructure incentives, and local incentives on a "Fast Track".
